I am Emile, with an education in Engineering (ing.) and Business Administration (M.Sc.) I gained experience managing change & implementation. I worked for consulting companies focused on innovation services and I worked for corporations focusing on implementation, process improvement and IT service management. I like to realize projects which improve running business within international organizations. I have implemented new ways of working based on the ITIL and Lean philosophy, led multiple international IT projects and operationalized cascading BI reporting. My way of working defines itself in the combination of realizing business value and creating traction by setting up improvement projects aligned with global objectives.
